“if you want some mouthwatering, delicious bbq you need to go to Smith Spot BBQ. it is hands down the best bbq joint with so much flavor and it’s locally owned!!! the photo doesnt even do justice for how big that potato is and packed full, ribs fall right off the bone, mac n cheese was perfectly seasoned and cheesy, the sausage was dripping with flavor, the koolaid brought me right back to my childhood, and don’t even get me started on that banana pudding.🤤”

“Oh my! What a treat! The brisket melts in your mouth like butter, the sausage was not only spot on, it left me wanting to know what brand this is! The mac & cheese was really good and the coleslaw was tangy and very enjoyable, making me wanting a 2nd helping! And then, there's the banana pudding... “Terrific BBQ! Downtown Garland has a true barbecue restaurant. Terrance Smith is a pit master and his welcoming personality makes this a destination for que lovers. The brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. The sides are delicious especially the potato salad. The Lady Mel is a grilled cheese brisket sandwich on Texas toast. Crunchy and tasty. Tried the link sandwich and was impressed with the generous portions. Authentic? When you see collard greens, Mac & cheese,and good ole beans on the menu it’s a Yes. Open Sundays 11-4 Get there early because the secret is out.”
